No. Full Song and Music Video writes an original song from a text description. The other two modes begin with a track you bring.
Nothing is spent until you press Create. Each mode shows a live credit estimate first. For a full song, the exact video cost is set after the song exists.
Not today. Music works at the whole-song and whole-video level. It does not have section-level editing yet.
